Korey graduated with an Associates of Applied Science in Nondestructive Testing (NDT) in April of 2002 from Ridgewater College. He joined PNL in 2002 as a nondestructive field technician and gained the experience and knowledge to achieve CWI certification and Level II status in multiple NDT Methods including radiography (RT), magnetic particle (MT), ultrasonic (UT), and liquid penetrant testing (PT). He continues to strive to improve his knowledge and experience and is currently working on his Level III certifications. Korey is currently a NDE Project Manager who provides his technical focus, extensive experience, and great customer service attitude to PNL while working directly with Clients to meet their project requirements.

Kyle graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007. Upon graduating he moved to Arizona and began his career in construction, engineering, and materials testing. He joined PNL in 2008 in the Mechanical/Physical laboratory. He continued to expand his skillset through training and experience and soon became Project Manager of the Mechanical Laboratory. In 2011 he helped develop PNL’s procedures that led to our ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. He currently oversees quality control of the physical laboratory, training of laboratory personnel, and continued development of test procedures. He brings a detailed engineering, testing, and inspection knowledge to the company while continually striving to improve his technical expertise and expand our testing capabilities.

Kyle Fleege, P.E.  Engineer / Project Manager

Dick has over 50 years of experience in the non-destructive testing industry. He has utilized his experience and knowledge in all phases of the construction industry, as well as; aerospace, medical implants, investment casting, large bridges and stadium arenas.  He was responsible for the vanes that were part of the JT-9D engine which was used to power the Boeing 747 aircraft. In 1973 he founded a NDT company in the Chicago area and in 1985 founded an investment casting company (Medicast) that furnished hip and knee casting to large medical implant companies. He still enjoys the NDT industry and imparting wisdom to new technicians and plans never to retire from the NDT business.

Kellie came to PNL from California in 2001, bringing with her a positive and enthusiastic attitude along with several years of experience in customer service and support. As Executive Director, Kellie manages all aspects of PNL's office operations, including account management, contract and project administration and operational development. Kellie is most passionate about providing our clients with the highest level of service and enjoys coordinating our Client's needs with the diverse abilities of our company and technical professionals..

Alexander energetically followed in his father's footsteps in the nondestructive testing industry and took advantage of the many educational opportunities available. He graduated from Hutchinson Area Vocational Technical Institute (now Ridgewater College) with a two-year degree in Nondestructive Testing in 1981. Afterwards, Alexander worked as and NDT Technician while also earning a degree in Engineering from Purdue University - Calumet in 1987. After graduation, Alexander moved to Arizona and continued his career in NDT while working as an Engineer for the Salt River Project, an electric utility based in Phoenix. Keeping to his upbringing, he eventually found his way back to the independent testing industry. As owner and President of PNL he brings a vast array of engineering, testing, and inspection experience to the team and provides the company with a strong technical foundation.
